We had an amazing time on our wine tour! Ilaria (sorry for the spelling if i'm incorrect) was incredible :) She had small authentic wineries picked for us, with an individual tour for each one. We got the impression that since it is not tourism season these wineries were opened specifically for us. The selection of wineries and the order that we visited them in was also well done. We saw an smaller more rustic vineyard with a tour of the cellars and a very thorough explanation about the different wines of the area and their processes, and then moved to a more modern town based winery and finished with a castle LARGE property winery. Ilaria made sure we were fed, comfortable in the car, and even stopped for caffe and groceries on the way to and from the wineries. She had lots of fun information about the area as well as the specific wineries that we visited. She also gave us great advice for what to do in Regello the following day, for which we were very grateful.
