Cancellation and payment policies
I agree that there will be no charge on the full amount to be paid if I cancel my reservation by calling or e-mail within 14 days before date of requested service. If this is not done in these terms Italy Limousine reserves the right to debit the “no show fee” on my credit card for tours or cruise ship excursions. Cancel time is shown below.
- Cancellation 14 days before date of requested service: No Penalty
- Cancellation Up to 13 days before date and time of requested service: 10% Penalty
- Cancellation 48 hours before date and time of requested service: 75%Penalty
- Cancellation 24 hours before date and time of requested service: 85% Penalty
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service fully charged.
- deposit are not refundable 14 days prior to the local tours and cruise excursions
When booking By accepting "Buy now", "I confirm booking" or "I confirm my purchase" the balance of the Payment is decided by you when making you final step booking online, you can choose from three options.
In case of cancellation The deposit Is not refundable / discretion of the office if refunded liable to The paypal commision Will be debited on The final refunded Amount calculated with vat and card % or paypal commision vat paid.
Important: Italy Limousine cannot accept final payments by credit card if the card number is not sent or communicated to the office. NB if the ship does not dock /arrive we will REFUND the amount paid in advance ( with commision debited PayPal ) these terms and conditions are clearly stated so that you the client is protected and that we operate a transparent operation.

Please read carefully to make sure all is transparent and clear and that when booking your Tour.
Once you have placed your booking online and decided on payment method through our website. Completed your payment choice italy limousine will send via email your booking vouchers.
Please make sure all the details are correct that the correct date is supplied and time and pick up location indicated. This is important as once you have booked online and have successfully received the vouchers with all the details that you have placed, the information that you have given, Italy limousine is not responsible for any information given incorrectly.
NO SHOW by the client no refund given or amount is fully charged with the card given. This applies to any incorrect information supplied for exampleIf a client has given the wrong pick up details no refund is given.
If you have any special request then send an email directly to our head office For example you need to change the flight number or arrival airport or the train number and time has been changed send us an email and this will be adjusted accordingly on your booking please send the email to the following address email@example.com no extra cost
Local tours and Cruise will be met by an English speaking driver, the car and driver services are exclusive to Italy limousine not a second handler you are dealing directly with the supplier.
The services booked are all inclusive of taxes and tolls and insurance there are no hidden charges extra that will be charged.
Refunds: If a cruise ship does not arrive into the port of call the day booked we will refund the amount paid
Section 8. Once you have booked the size veichle if you have extra people we can refuse the extra passengers and no refund is given. or the clients waits for correct size car to arrive that will accomdate the extra people paying the extra cost. One can change passenger number by always contacting us.
Items left in the car italy limousine is not responsable for any items left in the car please check that one has collected everything from the car once back to your cruise ship or hotel.
