Cancellation and payment policies

I agree that there will be no charge on the full amount to be paid if I cancel my reservation by calling or e-mailing within 14 days before the requested service. If this is not done in these terms, Italy Limousine reserves the right to debit the “no show fee” on my credit card for tours or cruise ship excursions. The cancellation time is shown below.

Cancellation 7 days before the date of requested service: no penalty
Cancellation up to 72 hours before the date and time of the requested service: 50% penalty
Cancellation 48 hours before the date and time of the requested service: 75% penalty
Cancellation 24 hours before the date and time of requested service: 85% penalty
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service is fully charged.
Deposits are not refundable 7 days prior to the local tours and cruise excursions
When booking, by accepting  "Buy now", "I confirm booking," or "I confirm my purchase," the balance of the payment is decided by you when making your final step booking online. You can choose from three options.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. At the discretion of the office, if refunded, the PayPal commission will be debited on the final refunded amount calculated with VAT and card % or PayPal commission VAT paid.

Important: Italy Limousine cannot accept final payments by credit card if the card number is not sent or communicated to the office. NB: If the ship does not dock or arrive, we will refund the amount paid in advance ( minus commission debited to PayPal). These terms and conditions are clearly stated so that you, the client, are protected and that we operate a transparent manner.

Section 1.

Section 2.
Please read carefully to make sure everything is transparent and clear when booking your tour.
Once you have placed your booking online and decided on your payment method through our website, Italy Limousine will send your booking vouchers via email.
Please make sure all the details are correct, including the correct date, time, and pick up location, Italy Limousine is not responsible wrong details or wrong date given.

Section 3.
"No Show" by the client means no refund is given or the amount will be fully charged. This applies to any incorrect information supplied; for example, if a client has given the wrong pickup details or date, no refund is given.

Section 4.
If you have any special requests, send an email directly to our head office. For example, if you need to change the flight number, arrival airport or train number and time, email us and this will be adjusted accordingly on your booking please send the email to the following address: info@italylimousine.com at no extra cost.

Section 5.
Local tours and cruise excursions will be met by an English-speaking driver; the car and driver services are exclusive to Italy Limousine, not a second handler; you are dealing directly with the supplier.

Section 6.
The services booked are all-inclusive of taxes and tolls and insurance, there are no hidden charges that will be charged.

Section 7.
Refunds:  If a cruise ship does not arrive at the port of call, we will refund the amount paid.

Section 8. Once you have booked the size of the vehicle, if you have extra people, we can refuse the extra passengers, and no refund is given. Or the client waits for the correct size car to arrive that will accommodate the extra people, paying the extra cost. One can change a passenger's number by always contacting us 48 hours prior to the date of service.

Section 9.
Items left in the car: Italy Limousine is not responsible for any items left in the car; please check that one has collected everything from the car once back to your cruise ship or hotel.
