Section 1.

Section 2.
Please read carefully to make sure all is transparent and clear and that when booking your airport, train station, or hotel transfer, the details you supply are correct. 
Once you have placed your booking online, the transfer is then paid for in full via our website. After you complete your payment, Italy Limousine will send via email your booking vouchers for the service(s).
Please make sure all the details are correct, that the correct date is supplied, and that the time and pick-up location are indicated.  This is important as once you have booked online and have successfully received the vouchers with all the details that you have provided, the information that you have given is correct, as we at Italy Limousine are not responsible for any information given incorrectly.

Section 3.
Prices online are for each transfer indicated in full. NB: Extra costs apply if a flight is delayed by the car for the first hour; there is no charge. Each hour, an extra 10% is applied and is charged on site by the driver. If a client does not show up for their private transfer, there is no refund given. No show by the client, no refund.
If a client has given the wrong pickup details, no refund is given, and we are not obligated to provide a transfer for free.

Section 4.
If you have any special requests, send an email directly to our head office. For example, if you need to change the flight number, arrival airport or train number and time, email us and this will be adjusted accordingly on your booking. Please send the email to the following address: info@italylimousine.com.

Section 5.
Transfer services will be provided by a qualified driver. The car and driver services are exclusive to Italy Limousine, not a second handler; you are dealing directly with the supplier.

Section 6.
The services booked are all-inclusive of taxes, tolls, and insurance; there are no hidden charges that will be charged. In certain circumstances, two minivans will be booked instead of a sprinter bus due to limited access. The office will inform you of this change for the same price.

Section 7.
Refunds,  transfers are not refundable if the office is not informed within 14 days Its important that you contact the office or your booking agent via email or phone and you will be sent a cancellation code from the office. A refund will be then applied minus commison fees and taxes and vat expenses.
Extra services booked are non-refundable applied the same rules as a transfer the office must be contacted atleast 14 days prior the first service date.

Section 8.
Missing a Flight: If Italy Limousine has not been notified by the client, we will not be refunded. ( as the driver is on site) . If a flight has been missed and the client has contacted us  (see Section 1 contact number)
We will charge an extra 50% of the following transfer to be serviced.

Section 9.
Luggage and hand carriers: Once you have booked the size vehicle, if you have extra luggage, we can refuse the transfer, and no refund is given. Or the client waits for the correct size car to arrive that will accommodate the extra luggage, paying the extra transfer cost.

Section 10.
Items left in the car: Italy Limousine is not responsible for any items left in the car. Please check that you have collected everything from the car once you arrive at your destination.
