Reservation - Can I have a receipt?

Booking via email the Office Will send A email confirming All details or fax confirmation Booking form is your receipt. Booking online You Will be sent a voucher With All The Booking details and Services Tours You have ordered online and the deposit given and The final amount To Pay on the day of the service.

Airport - If my flight is delayed?

Our private car and driver will wait for one hour at no charge, the next hrs there will be a penalty charge of 20% of the cost of the transfer for each hr waiting time. The Office When You have completed Your Booking You Will be supplìed The Office number and the drivers Contact cell number.

Airport - How do I find my driver?

He will be waiting with a name card with your name written on it; being an official limousine company, we will collect from inside the airport at the arrival terminal hall of your flight (waiting in front of your arrival gate). You will also be given all this information by our office staff that will give you all the details required. Also Office Contact number and driver cell number

Airport - What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

Please check your email confirmation: office staff will have given you the office number and your driver scheduled for that day.

This applies To All train station Pick up To ensure a safe Meet and greet chauffeur Services . Also If arriving via train To tour the Amalfi coast and pompeii we Always Meet inside The train station on The arrival platform

Transfer - Can I have the driver's mobile number?

Yes, the phone number can be given once you have made the reservation with us so we can schedule the chauffeur that will be taking care of your travel requirements.

Transfer - and Tours How long is the journey to the Hotel or other destination?

When you contact our main office, our staff will give you this information taking into account traffic etc, also they will be able to advice on time and hrs required for return transfers, The Office team Are trained To offer All The relevant information To Make sure Booking With us is simple . Regarding The Tours There is a meeting time and a rtn time. In addition booking online there is also the indicated travel time so all is made easy and clear for who is booking a transfer in Italy.

Transfer - Can we stop off along the drive?

For shorter transfers it must be indicated in the booking online there are various options to choose from, and if you can not find your option one can call our office and will will assist you directly with your request ; if you have booked a long distance transfer, we feel that it is part of the service to stop along the highway for a drink or a visit to the rest room.

Transfer - Can you pick me up from another place rather than the airport and take me to my destination?

All our companies service can collect from any destination, from Port pick up to Train station pick up. It is important that, once you have contacted us, our trained staff will give you all the details to ensure a easy transfer. We will require train number and arrival time to ensure hat driver will meet you on the platform of your arrival of your train; the same for port pick up.

Transfer - Does the driver speak English?

All our staff speaks English. If indicated, we will make sure your driver will be English speaking. It is important that the booking is made in advance; for last minute booking we will try our best to offer an English speaking driver but can not always be guaranteed.

Transfer and Tours Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?

No, All our Services Tours Are booked per veichles by The clients There is no sharing With others once booked The tour It is exclusivly booked for You This Also is applied if you book a private transfer As well. We are a limousine customized to offer a personalized service so we do not share transfers Or Tours on our side.

Vehicles - Do the buses have seat-belts?

All vehicles max 8 seaters are equipped with seat belts, for larger vehicles seatbelts are not obligated by law

I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?

Once you have noticed that you have left an item or luggage in one of our vehicles please contact our main office or you can contact your Italy limousine driver directly as he will deposit the item into our office and we will forward to your hotel we are though not responsble for any item left in the car and not notified immediately as the cars after each transfer are sanitised and any foreign object removed  so please always double check before leaving the car that your have collected all your luggages and belongings.
