Their was some confusion as if we had cancelled our tour and driver for the day. We had not. Josephine at Italy Limousine took care of everything for us. Definitely my new go-to service in Italy. I depended on Rino for almost all the transportation services all over Italy - from and to Rome, Sorrento, Florence, and Milan, as well as day trips all over the Amalfi Coast. Many of the trips were planned on a short notice and they still amazingly came through with beyond perfect organization. The cars were new and clean, and the drivers were very skilled. Rino is such a gem as he always met us with a smile and very kind conversations. He also made sure to take us to the best places and get the most beautiful views all around Italy. He would always stop the ride to make sure we get amazing family pictures. Definitely recommending Italy Limousine to all my friends and family, and I will depend on them for all my upcoming trips to Italy.

Rino is a Fantastic person , very kind, was born and live in the Amalfi coast for all his life and he knows more than anyone the history,tradition, places to go,etc .We had an excellent trip together.

Josephine and Rino were fantastic throughout our entire trip. Rino was very friendly and provided us with information on the area and answered lots of questions during our transfer from the airport. Throughout our stay they were extremely accommodating and friendly. They collected and picked us up whenever we asked and were always on time. They prices were also great . I would highly recommend this company and would definitely give them 5 stars!

We have used Italy Limousine many times in the past and have always been impressed. This trip was no different. We saw Pisa and Lucca from Florence with a stop for a beautiful lunch at a vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Claudio, our very knowledgeable and professional driver.

We are again planning our trip to Italy for this year. Contacted Josephine to coordinate all of our transfers and some tours. Have used them twice in the past with family and groups of friends. All was done smoothly and efficiently. Their Amalfi tour with Positano was spectacular and highly recommend. Look forward to another wonderful time in Italy and would not do it without them.

Always great service in any service they perform

Italy Limousine was amazing! They picked us up at the airport and were waiting for us in Naples to drive us to Positano for our honeymoon. Also, on the way back, our driver did everything to get us back to Naples, however there was an unexpected road shutdown from the government and we missed our train. This wasn't their fault as no one was made aware, and our driver was very sympathetic and tried everything to get us there!

First class all the way..Lorenzo was awesome only problem was all the rest of our excursions could never live up to this awesome tour..Unfortunately this was our first stop and nothing else lived up to this..I tell everyone I know about your tours Thanks

Our experience was wonderful. Our driver spoke English very well and we had a terrific conversation from the station to the hotel. He drove through the traffic (lot's in Naples with all the construction) like a pro with a comfortable ease. Will definitely use Italy Limousine again on our next trip to Italy.

Great experience! The driver was on time, very friendly, and thankfully spoke great English since we know very little Italian.

This is my 3rd time using Italy Limosines—twice in 2017 for Naples and Rome and again in 2019 for Rome. I want to thank Josephine for being very helpful in getting our tours booked. Special thanks goes to our tour guide Rino This 2nd trip in Rome we had 12 guests-so we booked 2 Mercedes tour vans with Rino being our lead tour guide and he is excellent. He knows Rome very well-takes you to all of the major sites to be seen including eating at a very good restaurant in Rome. good safe transfer with 3 hours stop Pompeii

Took me a few weeks to leave a review, but finally got to it! Our driver, Rino R. was a fantastic host. He was able to pick us up from Napoli on a last minute request, and take us to Pompeii to allow for our 2-hour tour. From there, he took us to our hotel in Sorento and gave us several dining recommendations and a good conversation. He picked us up the following day and took us around around Positano, and as much of the Amalfi coast until it was too dark to see. He was our ‘personal’ photographer takings is around in a classic mini Fiat taking fantastic photos. This was our honeymoon, and Rino made it very memorable. Keep in mind, this was all last minute as we didn’t book until day of. I am happy I have his contact because I will definitely be getting in touch with him when I return to Italy in the very near future. Was truly an amazing couple of days. Thank you, Rino! Feliz de haber contactado a Josephine, tiene excelente trato y comunicacion, rapido y muy efectivo. Visitamos Napoles con amigos en crucero, asi que nos recojieron en el puerto y nos llevaron ALDO el conductor y MARIANA a Positano y Sorrento y al final Pompeya. Muy amables y dispuestos a acomodar lo que mas nos interesara. Reconozco que si es un recorrido largo, pero el paisaje bien vale la pena, Positano es un sueño y Sorrento tiene su encanto tambien! En Pompeya nos consiguierion tambien una guia de habla hispana que nos enriquecio con los detalles de la zona arqueologica y el Mt Vesubio.Siempre dando ideas y tips, Ls recomiendo ampliamente!!

Words cannot express the incredible care that Josephine had put in to planning our excursions in Italy! Josephine catered to a family experience as we had our 12yr old daughter with us, and she was so excited to spend time in Italy. Josephine had planned excursions, and experiences that we will remember for the rest of our lives! The Drivers that we had for our excursions were both incredible (Thank you so much Aldo & Marco!!). They had so much knowledge and fun stories to share with us, they were never in a rush, but also kept us moving at a perfect pace to get everything in. Our daughter learned each day not only about the culture and the highlights, but she was so engaged with the stories that the Drivers had shared about their families and what it is like to live in Italy. Truly a remarkable experience! We enjoyed a private cooking experience at a beautiful farmhouse on our visit to Naples. Our daughter is now making authentic homemade pizza at home for us. We spent time learning about wine at a breathtaking vineyard in Tuscany, and the private tour was captivating. We did enjoy time in Florence, Sorrento, Pompeii, Tuscany, Naples, Livorno but it was all of the special touches and stories along the way that made everything so unforgettable. Beautiful Italy! I got Josephine number from a friend and she said to connect to organise my eight days in Italy . Thank goodness I took her advice Josephine organised 8 days in Italy we hired a car and driver from tuscany all the way to Sorrento. Best experience ever , we had Gilberto in Rome Sorrento Rino and Claudio in tuscany. I’d like to say that if you are looking to hire a driver for all of italy contact Josephine.
