In the year 1228 St Francis only after 2 years after his death was made saint by the Pope Gregorio V11. For all christians and non believers St Francis was a someone that gave up everything for a life of poverty and sufference for the Catholic church St Francis suffered from Stigmatas which during his short life many people witnessed his great sufference.
