Archaeological museum of Florence on shoe four Etruscan painted slabs

At the Florence archaeological museum up until the 7th April 2025 on show Four extraordinary Etruscan painted slabs. These four incredible discoveries miraculously entire dated around the end of the 6th century BC. The museum also Offers the opportunity to uncover some of the most fascinating ancient civilisations in Italy, The Etruscan covered a large areas of the Italian peninsula from the Campania region and Umbria and Tuscany also evidence further north following the Tyrrhenian coast. There is still so much to uncover about this ancient civilisation,  there language only few scholars can put together part of the language, so through the archaeological discoveries one can start to complete a  jigsaw puzzle of these people. The Etruscans were also believed to be an indigenous population, and the  evidence of a culture that is identifiably Etruscan dates as far back to the period of 900 BC.
