Vico Equense sorrento coast, is situated at the start of the sorrento Coast the first town that follows to the coast , it is well positioned and has a long history, what makes this location special is that it is not a tourist attraction but has some of the most beautiful walking and hiking areas of all the amalfi coast and Sorrento Coast.

In the last 10 years we have seen that Vico Equense has been having more tourist arrive to admire the wonderful Landscape , this town is surronded by many small villages that make up the town. 

One of the most important scenic routes to take is from Moiano to Santa  Maria Del Castello  and has an amazing natural habitat. This small Mountain top village called Santa Maria Del Castello you can also see the famous hole in the mountain ( seenfrom positano )as well. Its also  the mountain that if in positano on the bay looking up you will find facing you on the left. And you can also from this small mountain location view positano from above looking down .

The towns attractions is the water front beach area of siena and also the catherdral of Vico Equense and the famous fountain in the main plaza.

Also the famous mountains of Faito a Natural non habitated mountains that is very famous for its chestnuts in the month of October.
