Shore excursions

Ciao Josephine, On behalf of all the people in our group, I would like to thank you and your company for a job well done. In all three ports the driver was waiting for us, and proceeded to take us on wonderful tours in Tuscany, Florence, Rome, and the Amalfi Coast. What an experience! Our guide Carlos in Rome was exceptional in his knowledge, and we managed to see so much in one day. We talked to other people on our ship who took tours thru Celebrity, and they were jealous of our excursions. I mentioned your company to quite a few people and I will continue to recommend your company. Thanks again for all your help, and if we are ever back in Italy, we will use your services. I have wanted to write to you every day since we returned from our cruise, but I have been very busy with work and our holidays. I finally had a few moments, so here I go. I am not sure I could express to you what a fantastic time we had on all out trips. Your drivers and guides were superb! Our first day was in Cinque Terre. To say this part of the country is beautiful would be a gross understatement. This has to be what heaven looks like. We had a great day with Rosa, exploring the tiny villages and had an awesome lunch. Rosa was a lot of fun, very knowledgeable, and really tried her best to show us as much as she could in such a short period of time. Our next trip was to Rome. Gilberto and Alessandro were our drivers. This trip was the crowd favorite! Gilberto and Alessandro took us to so many places of interest and gave us so much information. We all commented on how much knowledge about Rome, its history and people they seem to possess. They told us they love Rome and they love their jobs. And you could really tell they do. They treated us like very special guests and with enthusiasm to show us all we could see in one day. Finally, we went to Naples, and the Amalfi coast. Giovanni and Nello were our drivers. Unfortunately it rained that day, but these two gentlemen made sure we saw the best and most beautiful sights there were to see. We didn't get to go Pompeii because it was pouring rain. But that is ok ,because it a reason to come back again to this breathtaking part of the country. And a very special thanks to you Josephine. All of your suggestions and arrangements were excellent. You are very good at what you do. You made our vacation a very memorable one. Thank you for the dvd about your company. I will pass it on to anyone I know who is coming to Italy. And of course, I don't think we could ever come back to Italy without contactiong you. I would not want to see the country with anyone else! Phenomenal job! Best Regards and Thanks again!
