Shore excursions

Thank you for all your help in setting up the 3 port tours! Our drivers, Luca, Alex, and Marco were all very professional and knowledgeable with all the attractions we were interested in. They were all patient with my active 4 year old son too :) Thank you also for arranging last minute for our guide in Rome! We would not have enjoyed it as much without Claudia's guidance. Hi Josephine, Thanks so much for your follow-up email. Overall, we were very satisfied with our 3 tours - we were able to see so much! All 3 drivers were very kind and excellent on the tricky roads. Paolo our tour guide at Pompeii was magnificent - we truly appreciated how he shared his knowledge with us and brought the history of Pompeii to life! Our driver in Rome was also highly professional and provided lots information; he was also very thoughtful and flexible regarding our schedule which we greatly appreciated. Our driver in Naples did a fabulous job of safely driving us along the Amalfi coast which was very scary for us but we knew we were in good hands. Finally, our driver in Livornio was also very flexible and brought us to a fabulous vineyard which we greatly enjoyed visiting and lunching at. The service was terrific and we will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends in the future. Thank you very much for everything - it was a most memorable vacation! Sylvie

Josephine, good morning Naples driver was awesome, he done such a great job getting us from place to place giving us history on the area and was so kind and a very safe driver, my family enjoyed Rome, what can I say the driver was phenomenal he was so kind, took pictures of our family together told us lots of history he made sure we got to see everything important, helped us get a local lunch, gave us his phone number just in case we needed him he made sure we had tickets to skip lines all I can say about him is mama Mia my family loved him Raliegh

Ciao Josephine - we have just returned from our wonderful European vacation. My family and I would like to express a BIG THANK YOU for the 4 marvelous shore excursions you arranged for us. It was a pleasant surprise to see Mary again in Messina. She was our tour guide in 2013 when we cruised on the Carnival Sunshine. We enjoyed the visit to Mt. Etna, Gambino winery of shopping in Taormina. She was so very sweet to give our family a tray of Italian cookies which were divine. I have to say Capri was probably our favorite excursion. Sergio was so helpful with making sure we made the most out of our short time on the island from securing immediate tickets for the Blue Grotto to hiring a private bus to take us to the chairlift. The views from the top of Anacapri above the clouds will be one we will never forget. I cannot imagine having done everything we did if we didn't have Sergio. Well done. Rome was another excellent tour. Alex is truly a gifted tour guide. I am so glad he ended up giving us a private tour inside the Vatican. We learned so much from him and glad we were able to do the Sistine Chapel and still see a lot of the sites in Rome. Driving in Italy is truly crazy. Your drivers are the best! The 2 tours you arranged for us in Livorno were great. Fabrizio was very efficient at getting us around Florence. My sister who went on the Tuscany tour said the wine she had on the tour was probably the best she had in her life. It was expensive wine but she said so worth it so she ordered a few bottles to be shipped home. Thank you for arranging this winery. All in all, we had a grand time in Italy. Thank you very much for all your help in coordinating all the excursions. Thank you for your patience with my many questions during the planning process. I will post a review on TripAdvisor too. We were very satisfied with our tour! We had to change our tour from port if Naples to Salerno at last minute, and you handled it very well. Thank you. All our emails were answered promptly and efficiently! The price was very reasonable. The tour was well planned. The van was new, clean and comfortable. But one of the best assets of Italy Limousine is your driver, Giovanni. He was the BEST! He was prompt, well dressed, polite, spoke perfect English, very informative and shared his love of his country and life with us. We asked many questions about what we were seeing and about his life in Italy, and he was so informative. We came away with a love for his country and him! He was more than a driver--he was the best tour guide we had in all of Italy! It was a full day and we enjoyed every stop we made. He was patient with us to make photo stops along the way, and even when we got carried away at the shops! Our lunch at "Mama's Place" in Ravello was excellent. At Giovanni's suggestion we had the sampler plates, giving us a taste of their best dishes! Giovanni had us back to our ship on time and gave each of us ladies an Italian kiss (which thrilled us) and charmingly asked us to come back again to Italy! We used Italy Limo for our shore excursions on a Dec 2012 Holiday cruise in both Livorno and Naples. Owned by a husband and wife team, Rino & Josephine who truly care about their customer’s vacation experiences. Josephine was wonderful to work with and responded to all my email inquiries almost immediately in most cases despite it being after midnight in Italy. We had wonerfuldrivers both trips. In Livorno we used them for Florence and San Gim and in Naples for a tour of Amalfi coast. Both tours encompassed many sights in the area; Florence included a panoramic view of city from Boboli Gardens, the Duomo, the Academia, the Ponte Vecchio and lunch at a spectacular Trattoria. Amalfi coast included Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. A truly first-class and customer-oriented operation. Please give them a try.

Josephine, we had a great time while in Italy and we enjoyed each driver we had. Artan in Florence, Gilbert in Rome and Giovanni in Naples! All the drivers were very helpful and full of knowledge. We were not able to do much walking so having a driver to show us around was a blessing. We would recommend your company to all that are traveling your way. Thank you!

Just wanted to let you know that we were extremely happy with the vehicle and drivers you supplied us with on our recent holiday. We had three transfers and two day excursions arranged by you. Each time we had a different car and driver, all were professional, courteous and well presented. I want to thanks Italylimousine for their excellent service in our recent trip to Livorno and Civitavechia. The Drivers were very responsible and reliable. Their knowledge about Rome and Florence was an extraordinary experience.

Our cruise ship the Regatta, arrived in Livorno about 6 am, we were in port at a pier for a change, did not miss the jiggly ride to shore in the motorized life boats at many stops. My wife an I were traveling with our high school class mates, Jack and Helga. I had been prowling the internet on board trying for a better experience on shore than the cattle call bus groups we experienced earlier on the cruise from Venice to Barcelona. We scored a big home run with our find of the Italy Car Company. Our driver was a young lady named Sabrina driving this very cool black Mercedes Diesel van. We told her we wanted to see the leaning tower in Pisa, and the David by Michelangelo in Florence, and we wanted the best espresso and pastries on the way. We did wave to our shipmates on the way out on their 40 passenger bus !
